Privacy Notice
This notice explains the processing of personal data when you visit the OBM Tekstil presentation website or contact us using the details provided on the site.

Website visits
When you visit the site, your IP address, the requested page and technical information sent by your browser reach the web server to deliver the page to your device. This information is processed to provide and secure the website on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. The site has no registration, shopping, payment or contact form.
Optional visitor analytics
When you opt in, Google Analytics measures statistics such as pages viewed, visit time, approximate country/city and device type. Technical information is sent to Google for this purpose and analytics cookies may be used. If you do not opt in, the analytics code does not load. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings on the site. Analytics reports are shared only with authorised people.
Contact enquiries
Your name, company/role, contact details and message content shared by email or telephone are used to assess and answer your enquiry. General information and business cooperation enquiries rely on the legitimate interest in managing business communication, subject to protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5(2)(f)). Information directly necessary to enter into or perform a contract to which you are a party is processed under Article 5(2)(c). Correspondence necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right in a dispute is processed under Article 5(2)(e). Information is collected through electronic communication and telephone, by automated means or non-automated means forming part of a data recording system.
Service providers and external links
Website access information is processed through hosting infrastructure to deliver pages; contact details and correspondence shared by email are processed through email infrastructure to transmit and answer messages. The relevant hosting and communication providers process information needed to provide those services. Where disclosure to a competent public authority is legally required, the data covered by the request is shared to meet that obligation (Articles 5(2)(ç) and 8). Google Maps and LinkedIn are external links; the page does not connect to them automatically. Following a link takes you to the provider’s service, where its own processing terms and infrastructure outside Türkiye may apply.
Retention
Retention takes account of resolving the enquiry, the requirements of an ongoing business relationship, applicable statutory retention duties and periods necessary to protect a right. Applicable rules govern deletion, destruction or anonymisation when the conditions for processing cease to exist.
Your rights and requests
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may send a written request to the company address above. You may also email info@obmtekstil.com from an address previously provided to and registered with us. Include the identity and request information required by the Turkish Communiqué on applications to data controllers. Requests are resolved promptly and within 30 days; the Board’s tariff may apply if additional costs arise. Visiting the site or reading this notice does not constitute explicit consent.
